Michael Todd Anti Aging Regime : Intensive Organic Eye Cream
I had been watching a lot of YouTuber's talk about Michael Todd True Organics products that I decided to bite the bullet and buy the Anti Aging System.
I am not happy with Michael Todd. One of the items didn't work (It wouldn't come out of the stick it came in) so I went on the site and they said I had to soak the intensive eye treatment in hot water. So I did that and the crap looked like a greasy mess. Not knowing what it was suppose to look like, I used it anyway. When I woke up in the morning, My eyes were swelled shut!!!!!! Oh.. and btw.. I had emailed them months before to see about getting a replacement on the intensive eye treatment but they never contacted me back. So, I just left it in my medicine cabinet for a good while until I watched yet another video about them. Someone was saying they had great customer service. So I decided to try emailing them again and they told me it was too late for them to do anything because I waited too long before I used it. Umm.. Okay, I did try the rest of the system except for the eye treatment since again, it was broken. I did a search on their site and ended up finding a fix for it. Evidently this has been a very common problem. You would think they would have contacted us buyers to let us know what to do if your product doesn't come out of the tube. So after reading how to fix it, I had tried it. but again, the next morning my eyes were swollen shut. I let them know what happened to me and they didn't really care. They told me they won't do anything for me, they then invited me to buy more products from them.. yeah right.. make this good and we will talk. I did want to buy the Clear Bi-Light Laser, which is even more expensive, but I would be afraid if I didn't like it or if it was broken I would be told they can't take it back. I would think a company this large and popular on YouTube would try to make this right. Unfortunately, I will never feel comfortable enough to buy from them again. For YouTube guru's that they send the products for free to review, they say they want to find the right product for you. However, but for regular customers they won't do it.. you are shit out of luck.
Sounds like you just had a bad reaction to "one" product which you got a bunch which you wouldn't be able to see a difference for at least a month because it's anti aging it won't clear up wrinkles over night. i've had bad reactions to some ingredients doesn't mean the product was crap just meant it didn't work for my skin if you had a problem with it you should have called the customer service not bad mouthing a brand on here i hate when people do this i guarantee if you had told the customer service what had happened they would have helped you out.
ReplyDeleteDid you read my whole post? I said I contacted them TWICE! The first time they ignored it.. The second time they contacted me saying they couldn't do anything for me. Plus there is a problem with their product because they have a fix on their website that tells you to soak the applicator in hot water to make it come out. That changes the dynamics of the product. It was just a greasy mess.. not a cream that I have seen on video's. So the product was defective. They said they wouldn't send me a new one to try but they had plenty of products for me to purchase. ummm Why would I want to buy more and then if I have a problem with it they won't take it back? Plus, I didn't say anything about the OTHER products nor about it not helping my wrinkles over night.. shoot.. I don't have very many to begin with.. I am just trying to keep them from coming on with age.. Their email was loud and clear.. They were not going to help me so what would calling them to have them "help me out" do? They already said no. I am not badmouthing them.. Just posting my review of that particular product and about the experience I had with customer service. Shoot, this little post won't detour people from buying and using it but maybe it will help in some way so they know that product has a flaw so to make sure that has been dealt with. They should not have it in a applicator that won't allow the product to come out. They should change the design.. because again.. heating it in hot water changes it from a cream to some kind of greasy substance that came out.. and yes, I shook it to try to mix it together some how.. and perhaps it did cause a reaction with the other products since there was that issue with it..
