How to Apply Liquid Eyeliner for Beginners | Birchbox

This is a great Tutorial for those of us who are lost when it comes to using eyeliner..
I tend to just smudge my mascara on the bottom of my lashes and then clean it up with a Qtip..
But instead of always using black, I really want to be able to use different colors of eyeliners to
make my eyes pop, so I really need to get the hang of using eyeliner to get the effect I want to get!
